SPRITZGIESSEN
Wir herstellen alle Spritzgussteile in unseren Anlagen in Portugal, wo wir technische und Hochleistungskunststoffe verarbeiten, die glasgefüllt sein können oder andere besondere Eigenschaften haben können.. Auf Wunsch bieten wir auch Veredelungs- und Beschichtungsdienstleistungen an und setzen Hilfsmittel wie z. B. Robotauswerfung ein.
WERKZEUGE
Wir kontrollieren den Entwurf und die Herstellung aller Spritzgusswerkzeuge persönlich. Wir erstellen gemeinsam mit unseren Kunden ein detailliertes Design, um unerwartete Situationen während der Herstellung zu vermeiden.. A detailed design brief
We record every detail concerning injection moulded parts so that you can know exactly what to expect.
ASSEMBLY
We can assemble your injection moulded parts as also add metal inserts, magnets, hinges, or other components. If so desired, we can stock and assemble them in order. We are also able to make tests and record the quality of each product in a fully detectable manner.
